When you request a reservation via the form on our website, we process the data you provide (name, email, phone number, date, time, number of guests, message) and your IP address. Processing serves to handle your request and take pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is deleted afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.
